Team Etem (and, subsequently, The OC Real Estate) began on 9-11-2001, amidst all of the chaos and turmoil.
Pam Etem was originally a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines, and found herself on a flight to New York the day of 9-11. She was in a hotel mere miles from the trade towers and watched the entire calamity unfold from the window of her room and the reports on her TV. With much of the cell service blocked out, and only a handful of supplies all of the flight attendants that had flown into NY were now grounded and stuck for over a week there.
During this time, Pam had much self-reflection and decided that the world is changing and she must change with it. When she returned home, luckily getting on a flight to get all of Delta's employees back home, she began preparing for the Real Estate examination.
Since these events, Pam and her husband Darren have assembled a team and consistently been a top 1% Real Estate Producer in Huntington Beach. Team Etem is known for its integrity throughout the Real Estate community.
After signing with a local, regional brokerage in Orange County to develop her skills and knowledge, Pam took her expertise to the international level by working with Keller Williams Realty, one of the highest rated and most well-respected brokerage firms in the game. There, Team Etem earned countless accolades for being one of the top-producing teams in Huntington Beach with a vast network of happy, appreciative clients who continue to refer their own friends and family to the Team to this day.
However, while the Keller Williams model of focusing on the bottom line works for some agents, Pam has always taken a more service-based approach, preferring to educate and connect with clients to empower them in their real estate journey. It was this drive to provide the very best real estate experience that brought The OC Real Estate to life as a boutique real estate brokerage firm enabling agents to better serve their community.
