Pam is absolutely sincere when she says it's her team's goal to educate. She handled my first real estate purchase and was incredibly patient. I distinctly remember wavering on a decision and stressing over what to do. She was calm, cool and collected, making it clear that she is "not in the business to tell me what to do, but to provide as much information as possible to make the best decision." She walked me through the facts again, then gave me the space to think it over. When the time came to move on from that property I, of course, called Pam to make it happen. The circumstances under which that move was necessary were sensitive and not ideal by any means. She handled EVERYTHING and managed the process with the utmost sensitivity and objectivity. For that I am forever grateful. Pam balances a perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch; not to mention she's brilliant! Look no further.

Pam and her Team Etem provided the expert service to our family that we needed in dealing with a house sale long distance. Our visits to CA were limited and we needed to find someone who understood our situation and could handle things with long distance communications. Pam provided referrals for other services that made a house sale possible in a short time and she had a plan that resulted in a sale one week after listing. Pam says she is a stickler for details and she is and it shows. She made us feel like we were her #1 priority. Above all, she is a trustworthy person.
1/21/2019 update: Once again I feel I must congratulate Pam Etem of Team Etem Realtors for delivering on their promise: "Anticipate your needs and surpass your expectations". Pam sent our family a copy of the closing statement on a property we sold in Huntington Beach in 2018. She mentioned that we would need this for tax purposes and perhaps we misplaced our copy. How very thoughtful and attentive to detail she is about her clients. We appreciate this about Pam and her team.

We had a fantastic experience working with Pam to buy our first place. She was infinitely patient with us, taking us around to see numerous places, and focusing completely on us when we were out working with her. She always took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly, and as many times as we needed to understand it. She was also very responsive, and spent several late nights on the phone with us as we were trying to fill out paperwork and get everything together in a hurry in some cases. Pam definitely saw us through some difficult and drawn out negotiations to get into our first place, and we felt much better having her support and enthusiasm throughout the entire process - she was great to work with and a lot of fun!

Pam is AMAZING to work with! She is very personable and the real thing. She is also smart (listen to her-- she knows what she is doing). Her communication and follow ups are excellent. I never felt neglect. She made my first time buying experience less stressful because she explained everything in advance (what you need to expect and what happens next, etc). Pam epitomizes the term professional, and because of her genuine concern for her clients, you immediately feel at ease with the potentially stressful processes of buying or selling a property. The only way to make a confident decision is to do it knowing all the facts. Pam is extremely knowledgeable about market trends and will allow you to take as much time as you need to move forward, while not allowing you to miss a terrific opportunity. She is fair and objective in offering advise and you will never feel pressured. Having Pam go to bat for you in any negotiation is a wise choice! There are few people I can say with complete conviction that are the very best at what they do. Pam is one of them. In fact, I believe she has a number of awards to show for it!
